What to tell your audience

When you submit plans, the city sends back a correction letter: comments you have to answer before the permit is issued.

How do I make money?

You get commentletter.com/your-name. Put it under your videos. When someone opens it and pays, 30% of the payment is yours, on that letter and on everything they buy from us afterwards.

How long is a customer mine?

One year from their first purchase, on any of our tools: the next letter, and the tools we launch next. Projects bring more than one letter, so most customers buy again.

How much is a letter?

$19 for a small one, $109 for 50 comments, $209 for 100. Big letters are common, and 30% of $209 is $62.70 from one purchase.

What does my audience get?

20% off their first letter, no account, no subscription. They see the real results free and pay once only if they want the full report.

Is there a contract?

Yes, a short affiliate agreement: your rate, the one-year attribution, how payouts work, and how we report to you. It puts the terms in writing for both sides. No fee, no minimum, and you can stop whenever you like; the customers you already sent keep paying you.

How do I see what I earned, and how do I get paid?

You get a private dashboard link with clicks, purchases, earnings and payouts. Payouts go out monthly to the method in your agreement.
